Parts We Machine

We produce high-precision CNC parts across a wide range of applications, from one-off prototypes to repeat production. Common work includes:

  • We machine tight-tolerance components for assemblies where fit, finish, and repeatability matter.

    Examples include: shafts, rods, pins, sleeves, inserts, connectors, couplings, lugs, adapters, plates, brackets, hubs, pulleys, rollers (including coated rollers), gears, and blades.

  • For pneumatic and flow applications, we produce precision features that support consistent performance and sealing.

    Examples include: valves, manifolds, stems, plungers, strainers, air movers, air amplifiers, air boosters, mixers, and related flow/handling components.

  • We manufacture tooling and mold-related components built for accuracy, durability, and production consistency.

    Examples include: punches, dies, molds/moulds, cavities, casting machining, specialty inserts, wear components, and custom threaded features (including ACME threads).

  • We support manufacturing and automation with custom workholding, inspection tooling, and machine hardware.

    Examples include: jigs, fixtures, gauge fixtures, gauges, sensor mounts, motor mounts, vacuum mounts, grippers and gripper fingers, guards and guard clamps, custom frames, and conveyor transport pallets.
