Schuller Air Amplifiers (SAA Line)

The SAA product line is available in 6061 Aluminum (standard) or 303 Stainless Steel (special order). Powered by compressed air, input flow is amplified by use of the Coanda effect. Output flow is adjustable, enabling users to lock in the desired flow rate. Applications include air blowing, conveying, and extraction.

    • Cooling electronics, motors, and people

    • Drying wet ink/water

    • Moving small components

    • Removing paper edge trimmings, dust, or other contaminants

    • Exhausting fumes from enclosed areas

    • Exhausting smoke or gases generated by manufacturing processes

Requirements

  • Input air pressure rating: 5-150 psi

  • Maximum temperature is 200°F

  • Air quality: filtered to 20 μm max., non-lubricated

  • Connection style: hose clamp (hoses and clamps not supplied)

  • Aluminum products are for use with air or nitrogen.
